1. Order Processing and Energisation Time Unlike standard products, our items require a special spiritual process before they are sent to you.

Energisation Process: All products require 2 to 3 days for energisation and cleansing by Third Eye experts to ensure they reach you with positive vibrations.

Dispatch: Once the energisation is complete, orders are dispatched within the next business day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or high volume of orders.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside India. If you are looking to place an order from outside India, please contact us directly to check availability and compliance requirements. (Note: Since we do not ship internationally via the website, an Import Export Code (IEC) is not required for standard checkout).
5. Damages Third Eye is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
